Return & Exchanges


We understand that it is difficult to make purchase for hair products online since you can’t try on before you buy. So, we provide a customer-friendly return/exchange policy. We've done our best to minimize your risks. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you can contact our customer service for an exchange or return. 

Our Return & Exchange policy:

  • A returned item must be sent back within 7 days after you receive it.
  • Items received unused, undamaged and in original package(box, packaging paper, etc.)
  • Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.  

 Note: Sorry, we can’t accept returns of items that were purchased in the Clearance Wigs section, costume wigs, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, or special order items.

              Sorry, we can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.

    And also, you can refer to our Detailed return policy and exchange policy before placing an order.  


Return & Exchange instruction

If you for any reason you are not satisfying about the wigs/hair products you received. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can send email to us through Contact Us or online chat to ask for (RMA or RA) to exchange or return.


-The following information must be provided in order to create the RA:

  • Item being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Invoice number for item being  returned

After we receive your exchange/return item, we’ll have a manufacturer’s rep inspect the wig. Then we’ll execute your instructions for exchange or refund.
