Order Policy

At, you can feel free and easy to purchase hair products. After an order is placed, we will process it as soon as possible, typically within one business day.  But if your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day on the calendar.

We will do our best to keep our websites up-to-date. However, occasionally an item may have been discontinued or out of stock, or if there is any problem to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the status as well as to offer a substitution.

Please double check the information you have entered before you check out, including:

  1. Your name as it appears on your credit card
  2. .Billing address on file with your card issuer
  3. Card number
  4. Card expiration date
  5. Card Verification (CVV) Number
  6. Shipping Address 

Your order can be delayed if you leave a note in the comment box like 'no signature required' or 'leave it on the doorstep/garage if no one is home'. We do not put those memos on the shipping label.

For your best protection, if an error message appears and if you try more than three times unsuccessfully, you will not be able to use that credit card to shop within two to three business days. So in order to make a purchase that same day you will have to use a different card.

Note: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card and notify you accordingly by email.

Changes to and Cancellation of Orders

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.


We will do our best to keep our websites up-to-date. However, occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item out of stock. If a backorder occurs on your ordered products, we will contact you via email with the estimated arrival date of your ordered product. Also, you will be given the three options:

  1. Select a new favorite item
  2. Request to be placed on a priority waiting list to receive the product once the products become available for shipment (please note we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order)
  3. Cancel the original order.

We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the original Shipping & Handling method selected. Please note, for orders containing multiple products, we do not ship partial orders, therefore your order will be shipped when all products ordered are available.


Additional Shipping Information

For your cardholder's protection, we reserve the legal right to send orders on the billing address in case a differing shipping address is not verified.

Note: we simply cannot ship via a traceable method to any mailbox. Delivery time is not guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. In order to track the packages, we encourage all deliveries be made to physical addresses.

Shipping delays may happen because of holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. So, please understand that holidays are not count as shipping time.

Wrong billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and extra shipping and handling charges, as information has to be verified.

For any shipments returned to us because of a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, you will be charged an extra shipping and handling charge (25% of your order total, 50% on international orders). Handling and shipping charges can not be refunded.

Clearance Items

All Sales are final on Clearance Items and Special Sale Items! That is to say, clearance items is not available for return or/and exchange

Also, Next Day Service is not available on Clearance Items.


Discounts and coupons are limited to one per order in limited time.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

Note: An authorization hold will be placed on your credit/debit card account when you place your order with a credit or debit card. After we shipped the products you ordered, the charge will be completed and funds withdrawn from your account.

If you use PayPal to pay for the order, funds will be deducted from your PayPal account at checkout.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, offers you a friendly exchange policy. You can exchange it for FREE! No Restocking Fees! (Product must be eligible for exchange, see below).

In common, except for specified otherwise on the Exchange Request Form, we will make the same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order when you apply for your exchange order. If there is any balance remaining after your exchange, we will refund it to the payment method that you submitted with original order.


Exchange or Return Product Eligibility

If you want to exchange or return the products you recived, please be sure that the product is eligible. In details:

  1. The products keep its original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  2. Odor-Free (If the products have odors, it belongs to ineligible for exchange)
  3. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive it.


Before you place an order, please be sure that you have understood that those products are Ineligible:

Costume wigs, last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

In case that you want to exchange but your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

Returning the item(s) to you at your cost

We encourage you to donte the item(s) to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request) by offering you a coupon for 20% off a future purchase at with your donation to charity.

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

NOTE: In order to help you maintain the product's eligibility for exchange/return, we offer a wig hygiene guard to every wig order that use for trying on the wig

Please note: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Refused packages, Wrong addresses and Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package delivery is returned caused by wrong address, or customer refused the package and returned to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from customer's Store Credit or Refund. If you still want your Order to be shipped to you again, you will response for the shipping and handling fee again with a "return to shipper fee" which is the amount you paid for the shipping and handling when you first placed the order.

How to Exchange or Return

If you want to exchange or return for any reason, Please contact our customer service for to get RMA and return address within 5 days since from you receive your package. After you get permission to return, please ship it out within 3 days.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

We only accept exchange or return merchandise that have pre-authorized by our return department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA or short as RA) number must be made within 5 business days since from the day you received the package. And you can contact us at We surely respond as soon as possible. Therefore, please try on the merchandise as soon as it arrives.

Once Authorization is given, your package must be shipped out within 72 hours. However, there is an exception. If it is international and APO orders, please inquire return authorization date when you request for RMA number. Return freight charges are paid by customer. Any collect shipments will be refused. Please also be sure that the outside of the shipping box of your return order must be clearly marked with RMA number, or else the package will be refused. (Please put the RMA number right above our address, after the word 'attention'. And the RMA must be visible. Otherwise the package will be refused.)

And the inside box must include billing name, order number and the instruction for the return. The instruction must be either for exchange, refund, or store credit. Store credit will automatically be issued for returns without any instruction. After we receive your return package, It will take us about two weeks to process your return.

Please Note: Please do not just send the item in an envelope. The return item must be in a shipping box. Also, we refuse to accept damaged package. So, Please do not tape, mark or attach anything which may damage the original factory package.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find any item we carry at a lower price either before you purchase or within ten (10) days of your purchase, MyHairShines will match the competitor’s price once you let us know.

Please note:

The competitor must be an authorized internet retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website. The product must be advertised on the competitor’s website not by email or written price quote.

We will not match competitors’ bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise because only sells unopened items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Price matching cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, we will gladly accept your returns on all eligible products.

After we receive your exchange/return item, we’ll have a manufacturer’s inspect the merchandise. Then we’ll execute your instructions for exchange or refund.

We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method once the returned item received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt).

Please note:It may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account depending on your credit card company.


Restocking Fee will be assessed on all refunds and exchanges except the first exchange. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, and a refund is requested instead, the restocking fee will be applied. Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges necessary to ship out the replacement. All exchange items are shipped with Standard Ground Shipping.

Fraud and Theft

Any credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted in Law

Sales Tax is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts. If you are shipping to Massachusetts, the appropriate charges will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
